Insurance
Chatterbox Speech Therapy, PLLC operates as a fee-for-service clinic and is not associated with any insurance panels. Payment is expected at the time of service. A superbill will be provided for the responsible party to submit for reimbursement. Reimbursement total will depend on your insurance plan and company. We recommend checking your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company prior to beginning services.
Cancellation Policy
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may lead to last-minute cancellations. Our 24-hour cancellation policy ensures we can adjust schedules accordingly. If repeated last-minute cancellations occur, we can discuss alternative therapy times. Please note, cancellation without at least 24-hours notice or no-shows will incur the full session fee. *Some exceptions may apply.
